Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Ballet Rodeo HQ (“HQ”), the private team workspace of Ballet Rodeo. By signing in you agree to them.

Who can use HQ

HQ is for the owner and the people the owner has invited. Access is personal: do not share your sign-in, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Access can be changed or removed at any time.

What you may do

• Use HQ for Ballet Rodeo work only.
• Keep company information you see in HQ confidential.
• Only upload or send content you have the right to use.
• If you connect your Gmail, use it to send only genuine work email, and remember that email you send is sent as you.

What you may not do

• Try to reach parts of HQ or other people’s information you have not been given access to.
• Send spam, misleading or unlawful messages, or use HQ to harm others.
• Interfere with HQ’s security or operation.

Your content and Google connections

Work you add to HQ remains available to the business. Connecting a Google account is optional and you can disconnect at any time. How Google data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

HQ includes an AI team that helps the owner. Team members do not use it directly. Requests you send through HQ are read by the owner first, and only the owner decides whether the AI team sees them. AI output can be wrong and is checked by people before it is relied on.

No warranty

HQ is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Ballet Rodeo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of HQ.

Ending access

We may suspend or end anyone’s access at any time, for example if they leave the team or break these terms. You may stop using HQ whenever you like.
