Ballet Rodeo HQ
Ballet Rodeo HQ is the private team workspace for Ballet Rodeo, a women’s studio-to-street apparel brand. It is where the founders keep projects, tasks, files, the company calendar and company information in one place, and where the team asks questions and shares work.
HQ is not a public product. Only people the owner has invited can sign in, and each person sees only what their role allows.
What HQ does with Google accounts
- The company account. The owner can connect the company Google account so HQ can read company email threads, calendar events and Drive documents, and prepare drafts. Nothing is sent without the owner’s approval.
- Team members’ own Gmail. A team member can choose to connect their own Gmail to read and send work email from inside HQ. Only that person can see their email in HQ. HQ does not store their messages, the AI team cannot access them, and the owner cannot read them. They can disconnect at any time.
HQ’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
